We’re a specialist preservation company working with industry leaders in the oil and gas and subsea sectors. We pride ourselves on high standards, a strong safety culture, and a team-first attitude.

Due to strong continued growth, we’re looking for motivated Technicians and Senior Technicians to join our team. If you have mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical experience – even if it’s not extensive – we want to hear from you.

Technician – Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, preservation, and small repair tasks on client equipment

• Conduct functional testing and diagnostics

• Willingness to learn and a desire for self-improvement

• Package equipment to meet regulatory standards

• Follow detailed work instructions and documentation

• Accurately complete service reports and take supporting photographs

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Maintain strong HSE practices and take ownership of work quality

• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical experience (e.g., Trade Assistant background) – Important but not essential

• Hands-on experience using tooling (hand and power tools)

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Sound computer, communication, and basic math skills

Senior Technician – Additional Responsibilities

• Lead teams on-site and oversee task execution

• Supervise HSE and quality practices across the job site

• Mentor junior technicians and foster a safety-first, learning-driven environment

• Liaise with supervisors, clients, and team members confidently

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in a relevant field

• Demonstrated leadership experience in hands-on technician roles

• Trade Assistant or equivalent background

• Highly confident using and instructing others on all tooling

• Advanced mechanical/hydraulic knowledge (fixed plant a bonus)

• Excellent team communication and leadership skills

• Comfortable presenting information or instructions to a group
