Qualifications:

• Cert III/IV in Disability/Individual Support (or willing to attain)
• Disability sector experience
• NDIS Orientation Module ( https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au/ )
• ASD & Mental Health knowledge (preferred)
• Blue card, NDIS Check, CPR/First Aid, Police Check
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Skills:

• Independent & team player
• Great time management
• Strong communication & problem-solving

Responsibilities:

• Daily care activities
• Shopping, cooking, community access
• Accompanying doctor’s appointments
