EOI Project Delivery Positions – Central West

    Are you an experienced project delivery professional and passionate about delivering transformative community projects in regional NSW?

    Projence is seeking expressions of interest from people across the spectrum of project delivery to play a crucial role in the successful delivery of community projects across regional NSW. Projence is also seeking professionals with strong experience in Local Government, Transport, or Energy sectors who can support clients through project advisory services. This role is focused on early engagement and setting projects up for success, with responsibilities including:

    • Supporting councils and government agencies with funding applications, business cases, and grant acquittals.

    • Providing governance advice, ensuring projects are compliant with frameworks, approvals, and reporting requirements.

    • Leading early-stage project development, including scoping, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.

    • Advising on risk, cost, and procurement strategies to help clients secure investment and progress projects efficiently.

    • Guiding community-focused projects by aligning technical delivery with social, environmental, and economic outcomes.

    • This role is ideal for professionals who bring strategic insight and advisory experience to complement technical delivery teams, helping shape projects from inception through to delivery.

    Your responsibilities may include:

    • Planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, time, and budget

    • Supervision of contractors on behalf of our clients

    • Coordinating with stakeholders, including local government bodies, community groups, and industry partners to ensure successful delivery of projects

    • Ensuring project compliance with industry standards and regulations

    • Monitor project performance and proactively address risks, changes and implementing mitigation strategies

    • Leading project teams and foster a collaborative work environment, mentor and upskill client staff to improve their ability to deliver future projects independently

    What you’ll bring

    • Proven experience in executing projects within the Mining, Energy, Transport or Local Government sectors with a focus on delivering community infrastructure or comparable capital works projects

    • The skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    • Relevant qualifications in project management, engineering, architecture, or construction.

    • Preparedness to travel throughout the Central West & Orana to support our client projects
