We are currently seeking a full-time Administration Officer to join our friendly and professional team at our Brisbane office.

About the Role

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will support our building approval process through accurate and efficient administration. You’ll be the backbone of our approval process, working closely with certifiers, clients, and government bodies to ensure smooth and timely progression of applications and inspections.

Key Responsibilities

Working to keep our applications moving and clients informed every step of the way, your day could include:

• Lodge applications, inspection documents and details into internal software

• Liaise with local councils and government departments to process searches and minor applications

• Check and verify certificates and inspection notices for accuracy and completeness

• Coordinate and issue final certificates once all inspections and documents are complete

• Manage inspection bookings and scheduling to ensure efficiency

• Provide general advice and support to clients throughout the application process

• Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and team members

About You

• Strong work ethic and reliable

• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Exceptional phone manner and customer service skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

• Professional, positive and approachable communication style

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience in the construction or building industry is an advantage but not essential
