As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the store running at its best every day. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager, support and guide the team, and keep things moving every day.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Working alongside the Store Manager to keep the store running smoothly.
  • Taking charge of the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
  • Leading and supporting the team on the floor every shift.
  • Maintaining store presentation and service standards.
  • Opening and closing the store, including cash handling and security procedures.
  • Driving stock management, displays and seasonal changeovers.

WHAT YOU BRING   

  • Experience in a senior retail, supervisory or team leader role.
  • A calm, confident presence when things get busy.
  • Great people skills — you get the best out of those around you.
  • Solid knowledge of store operations.
  • High personal standards for service and presentation.
  • Reliable, responsible and a willingness to learn and grow.
