Your Role
PHSA are seeking experienced Rehabilitation Consultants (OT, EP, Physio, or Osteo) to deliver assessment, intervention and case management services to clientele across varying schemes including TAC (Transport Accident Commission), WorkSafe VIC, Comcare, Life Insurance and Self Insurance with the primary function of supporting recovery and return to work.
Core tasks of the role will include a variety of responsibilities: single service assessments, functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic assessments, return-to-work case management. If you are unfamiliar with any of this terminology, don’t worry – training will be provided via our comprehensive learning and development program.
What You’ll Need
• Registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or membership with ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in occupational rehabilitation
• Direct experience working with TAC referred cases desirable
• Have a current driver’s licence, motor vehicle and willingness to travel to deliver face-to-face servicing as required
