The Role
We’re seeking an organised, tech‑savvy Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator to support the delivery, coordination, and optimisation of our training programs—with a key focus on helping us identify, evaluate, and implement a new Learning Management System (LMS).
This is the perfect role for a detail‑oriented L&D professional who enjoys blending administration, project coordination, and digital learning systems. If you have experience selecting or implementing LMS platforms, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities include:
LMS Project (Priority):
- Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable LMS platforms aligned with business needs
- Lead the initial setup, configuration, and testing of the selected LMS
- Develop and document LMS administration processes and standards.
Learning & Development Support:
- Assist in the development of online courses, training materials, and user guides
- Provide administrative and technical support to learners and stakeholders
- Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support L&D goals and compliance requirements
About You
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
Essential:
- Experience in Learning & Development administration or a similar coordination role
- Strong understanding of digital learning platforms and LMS functionality.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communication skills—you enjoy supporting others and solving problems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Highly Desirable:
- Previous experience researching, selecting, or implementing an LMS system
- Experience in Health Care and Medical Sector
- Knowledge of adult learning principles or instructional design fundamentals
- Experience and qualification in Illustrative / Graphic Design
