Your Role

PHSA are currently on the lookout for Rehabilitation Consultants (Rehabilitation Counsellors or Provisional/Registered Psychologists) with a passion for mental health and psychological intervention to deliver Health and Wellbeing and Return to Work Services to participants with psychological injury, illness or disability.

You will have the opportunity to deliver tailored wellbeing and vocational rehabilitation services across a diverse range of schemes, including Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation, Comcare, Lifetime Care, and CTP. Work across a variety of client groups and conditions, manage a mixed caseload of return to work, wellbeing and one-off assessments.

What You’ll Need

• Full or Provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or full membership with ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors)

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical or workplace rehab setting

• Have a current driver’s licence and motor vehicle
