The Role

PHSA are on the lookout for Career Coaches with extensive experience in recruitment, HR or direct career coaching roles within employment services, employment agencies, occupational rehabilitation or other similar fields. We are seeking your expertise to guide, coach, mentor and place individuals into sustainable employment.

Core responsibilities of the role include:

• Working alongside our clientele to develop and execute their career and employment plan for placement into suitable and sustainable employment
• Assisting our clientele with workplace preparedness tailored to their specific needs
• Utilising your intimate knowledge of occupations and industry to guide our workers into suitable employed roles
• Empowering our clientele to work through their career and employment plan

About You

• 5 or more years direct experience in HR, recruitment, employment services, occupational rehabilitation or similar
• You will have proven experience in career and employment placement planning
• You will have proven success in placement of individuals with disability, injury or illness seeking additional support to placement
• You will require a class C drivers licence and vehicle to meet with clientele and potential employers face-to-face within your chosen location
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills
• Full CDAA membership highly regarded (not essential)
