The role
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Darwin operations. The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and a high technical standard as well as meeting all contractual and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with quotes, bids and tenders to clients
- Assist with third-party management
- Assist with procurement planning
- Document preparation, compliance and change management
- Assisting Engineers with the development of mechanical and hydraulic drawings, procedures, manuals, specifications and general engineering documentations
- Ensure specification and code compliance
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong organisational abilities, capable of coordinating teams effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, project management systems and other organisational tools as necessary
- Ability to adapt across a range of responsibilities to enhance project outcomes
- Proven proficiency and background in project planning, integration and communication within the industry or similar field
- Expertise in stakeholder management and fostering relationships
