Greeting and directing customers

Delivering a great buying experience to our customers and following up on their inquiries

Ensuring the showroom is well presented and stock levels are maintained

Provide accurate information about our products and services

Researching product information

Representing our brand and maintaining strong relationships with customers

Providing after-sales service care to our customers

Planning for in-store promotions

Staying up-to-date Cross-selling products and services

Managing returns of merchandise

Informing customers of discounts, promotions and offers

Providing feedback to management

Must have a current WA drivers licence and be able to work in Australia.
