Pop-Up Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Team Leader to lead our Learning & Development function, overseeing university student placements and employee training programs across the business.

This is a full-time leadership role responsible for driving clinical education strategy, compliance training, professional development initiatives and the overall success of our University Placement Program.

About the role

As the Training & Development Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and mentor Training & Development Facilitators
  • Oversee and coordinate nursing student placements
  • Act as primary stakeholder for all University partnerships
  • Develop and manage the annual training and student calendar
  • Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis to identify compliance risks and development opportunities
  • Ensure induction and compliance training remains current and aligned to regulatory standards
  • Provide supervision, mentorship and feedback to nursing students
  • Drive continuous improvement in training programs and processes
  • Manage training documentation, evaluations and reporting
  • Support clinical teams with education to extend skills and capability
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen workforce capability

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor of Nursing & current AHPRA registration
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (essential)
  • Demonstrated clinical nursing experience across varied settings
  • Experience in clinical education, adult learning or supervision (desirable)
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills
  • Ability to analyse risk, identify learning gaps and implement solutions

Clearances & Compliance:

  • National Police Check
  • DHS Clearance (WWCC & NDIS)
  • Manual Handling, First Aid & CPR
  • Evidence of vaccination history and immunity/serology in line with healthcare worker guidelines
  • Full SA Driver’s Licence
