Looking for a permanent part-time role where you can focus on education, mentoring, and quality — without shift work or weekends?

Pop-Up Health is seeking an experienced Training & Development Facilitator to support our workforce and nursing students through structured training and clinical placement programs. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys teaching, developing others, and working in a stable office-based environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver training and education to employees

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing students on placement

• Provide feedback and guidance to support clinical development

• Liaise professionally with universities, students, staff, and clients

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor of Nursing & current AHPRA registration

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (essential)

• Experience in education, mentoring or clinical supervision

• National Police Check, WWCC, NDIS clearance

• Current First Aid, Manual Handling & CPR

• Evidence of mandatory vaccinations (COVID-19 & flu)
