About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, the Global Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing Plungie’s global growth ambitions by shaping and amplifying the brands presence across key markets. This role exists to connect more people with Plungie’s vision through

  • Developing and executing global marketing strategies across Australian and US markets to drive brand awareness, lead generation and business growth
  • Manage and optimise marketing budgets, campaigns and funnel performance using a data-driven approach to maximise ROI
  • Lead end-to-end campaign delivery including product launches, digital initiatives and integrated marketing programs
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships, industry relationships and ambassador programs to enhance brand presence and engagement
  • Oversee digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, content, EDMs and website optimisation in collaboration with external agencies
  • Drive social media strategy, sponsorships and events to increase audience growth, brand visibility and market positioning
  • Lead and support the marketing team while collaborating cross-functionally with sales teams in Australia and the US to align on growth opportunities

About you

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Previous experience in a senior marketing role, with a proven track record delivering high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across B2B and B2C environments
  • Strong expertise across digital and product marketing, including pipeline development, with hands-on experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot) to drive lead generation
  • Experience working across international markets, with exposure to or understanding of the US market (highly regarded)
  • A proactive, self-driven approach, with the ability to take ownership, show initiative and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Developed strategic thinking, analytical and planning capabilities, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively
