About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the purpose of the Channel Manager is to advance Plungie’s growth ambitions by building and strengthening a high-performing installer network across key markets across Southern New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia through;

• Leading and growing installer partnerships, driving sales performance and exceptional customer experiences
• Acting as the key contact for partners; supporting business growth, resolving issues, and strengthening brand advocacy
• Ensuring compliance with commercial agreements, installation standards, and brand guidelines
• Delivering sales targets through strategic account planning, partner engagement, and network expansion
• Collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Training) to execute initiatives that boost revenue and partner capability
• Identifying growth opportunities, recruiting new partners and leading commercial negotiations
• Monitoring performance through reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives

About you

To be successful in this role you will have

• Previous experience in an account management role at a state or national level – essential
• Strong technical sales product knowledge preferably gained within the residential building industry or similar
• High levels of initiative, seeking opportunities to increase sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
