Role Description:

We are looking for Production and Warehouse Packers to join our team at our Wetherill Park manufacturing facility.
FULL TIME positions available Monday to Friday.
Day Shifts between 6:30am to 3pm or 9am to 6pm.
Salary $58,000.00 to $60,000.00 p.a gross + super (pending forklift license)

Roles & Duties:
• Packing coffee beans and ground, filling bags
• Assembling of boxes / cartons
• Packing products into boxes
• Loan and unload cartons onto pallets
• Loading of coffee
• Labelling products
• Packing line duties
• Manual handling and the use of pallet jacks
• Forklift use to move stock (if licensed)
• Palletising
• Stock rotation
• Assist in daily general cleaning of production areas
• Despatch duties including use of computers for data entry and packing orders, printing pick slips
• Following WH&S guidelines

• Eagerness for getting the job done on your own and in a team environment
• Get on well with fellow employees and team members
• Physically fit, able to bend and lift safely up to 15-20kg
Desirable Experience:
• A hands-on approach to the workplace
• The ability to manage multiple tasks
• Forklift license
• Sound knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)

Essential Selection Criteria:
To be selected for this position you must have:
• 6 months minimum packing/production experience in manufacturing or a similar fast paced environment
• Be eager to learn and grow with the role
• Be physically able to perform required duties
• You must have the right to live and work in Australia
