About the Role

This is a senior leadership opportunity where you will own and drive Pivotel’s Enterprise Information Systems function. You’ll take the lead in shaping our Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring our platforms are high-performing, secure, and aligned to business needs – while also enabling seamless customer and employee digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the Enterprise Information Systems strategy and roadmap
  • Own and govern Microsoft platforms including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Entra ID
  • Act as IT Service Owner, accountable for platform performance, availability, and lifecycle
  • Drive a configuration-first approach, leveraging low-code and vendor-supported solutions
  • Lead the design and integration of customer-facing digital platforms and self-service capabilities
  • Ensure strong IT service management practices across incident, change, and release processes
  • Oversee risk, security, and compliance alignment across enterprise systems
  • Manage relationships with Microsoft, partners, and SaaS vendors, including licensing and cost optimisation
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to senior stakeholders on system performance and roadmap delivery
  • Enable data-driven decision-making through reporting, automation, and analytics capabilities

What You’ll Bring to This Role

  • Proven experience leading enterprise systems or IT service delivery functions
  • Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure
  • Experience operating as a service owner for business-critical platforms
  • Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks and governance-led delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, SaaS platforms, and enterprise roadmaps
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on value, performance, and scalability
  • A risk-aware mindset with experience in security and compliance environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
