About the role:
As the Field Marketing Support for NBN & MVNO, you’ll be the local face of Pivotel across regional NSW, Victoria and southern Queensland. You will connect directly with residents, councils, First Nations communities, local media and organisations to build awareness, trust and adoption of Pivotel’s services.
This is a role for someone who thrives outside the office, values community relationships, and loves representing a brand with purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build local relationships with councils, residents, businesses and community groups
- Identify and activate local advertising opportunities (radio, events, sponsorships, newspapers, social groups)
- Represent Pivotel at events, field days, expos and community activities
- Provide education on NBN, MVNO coverage and connectivity options
- Support First Nations engagement and digital inclusion initiatives
- Capture community feedback and report insights to improve marketing and products
- Coordinate promotional assets, signage and presence across regions
Travel Commitment:
This role involves frequent travel across regional and remote areas, including multi-day trips and overnight stays. A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively are essential. A company vehicle will be provided.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience in field marketing, community engagement or regional roles
- Strong communication skills and cultural awareness
- Comfortable working independently across large regional areas
- Ability to connect authentically with local communities
- Confidence representing a brand at public events
- Understanding of telco products (or ability to learn quickly)
- Demonstrated ability and genuine willingness to travel frequently across regional and remote areas, including overnight and multi-day trips
