Job title: Solar Farm Construction Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking entry-level individuals who are interested in working on a solar farm construction project with Pilecom. This casual role will involve assisting with various tasks related to the construction and installation of solar panels.

– Willingness to learn new skills

– Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor

– Basic knowledge of construction practices

Responsibilities:

– Assist with the installation of solar panels on the farm site

– Follow instructions from supervisors and more experienced workers

– Help maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols

– Perform general labor duties as needed

Qualifications:

– No prior experience required, but any relevant experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is beneficial

– Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
