About the position

We are seeking a skilled qualified Paraplanner with a proven track record in the financial planning industry. You will be responsible for supporting our financial advisors in delivering high-quality advice and service to our clients. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Australian financial regulations, strategy, and superannuation and insurance products.

Your role and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Conduct financial analysis and develop financial plans for clients.
• Collaborate with financial advisors to ensure client needs and objectives are met.
• Prepare financial planning documents, including statements of advice (SOAs), research documents and file notes.
• Stay up-to-date with Australian financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct research and analysis on financial products.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior paraplanners.
• Provide exceptional client service and build strong client relationships.

About you

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

• Advanced Diploma of Paraplanning
• RG146 Completion
• Comprehensive understanding of financial planning and advice documentation
• Experience in a similar role and industry
