Sales Incentives + Career Growth Pathway
PictureWealth is a fast-growing FinTech transforming the way Australians engage with their wealth, insurance, and financial advice. We blend genuine human expertise with smart digital tools to create meaningful, easy, and empowering experiences for our clients.
If you love connecting with people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to build a long-term career in a supportive and innovative company, this could be the perfect next step.
What makes this role different?
This is not a typical admin or reception role — and it’s not a high-pressure sales role either.
You’ll be the person who helps clients understand the value of their annual financial review, keeps them engaged with the process, and books them in with one of our Financial Advisers. In many cases, you’ll be the first and most consistent voice they hear from PictureWealth.
Success in this role comes from your ability to:
– Build rapport quickly over the phone
– Guide conversations with confidence and warmth
– Follow up professionally without being pushy
– Stay organised in a fast-moving environment
– Create a great client experience while still driving outcomes
Why join us?
– Beautiful Broadbeach location (across from the beach!) or Brisbane office near Central Station
– A friendly, inclusive team that celebrates wins together
– Attractive sales incentives — be rewarded for your effort and impact
– Flexible work options to support work–life balance
– Employee Assistance Program for you and your immediate family
– Regular social events across the organisation
– Free fruit, tea, coffee and evening meals in-office
– Full training and ongoing development to grow your career
About the role
This role suits someone motivated, energetic, and confident in building relationships over the phone.
You will:
– Call existing clients to book and confirm annual review appointments with our Financial Advisers
– Explain the purpose and value of the review in a clear, helpful and professional way
– Follow up with clients for information, documents, and service agreement completion
– Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy, energy, and confidence
– Support advisers with calendar management, scheduling, and workflow coordination
– Update client records and keep CRM/internal systems accurate and up to date
– Help ensure each client journey is smooth, organised, and well-managed from start to finish
About you
We’re looking for attitude and capability just as much as experience.
You’ll likely be a strong fit if you are:
– Confident and engaging on the phone
– Motivated, reliable, and comfortable in a high-volume environment
– A hard worker who takes ownership and follows things through
– Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
– Commercially aware and comfortable in an appointment-setting or outcomes-driven role
– Positive, coachable, and keen to grow
Experience that would be helpful:
– Phone-based customer service, sales, appointment setting, retention, or client support
– Experience using CRM systems or similar software
– Background in financial services, real estate, health, education, hospitality, or other people-focused roles
You don’t need to come from financial advice — we’ll teach you the industry side. What matters most is that you’re confident speaking with people, eager to learn, and willing to put in the work.
