About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional support and seamless coordination in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This is a part-time position, working Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to cover annual leave and peak periods.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the voice (and problem-solver) for our customers,
with responsibilities including:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Building strong product knowledge to confidently assist customers
- Processing phone orders and returns
- Conducting product testing and fraud checks
- Collaborating with our warehouse, marketing, and digital teams
- Delivering a consistently high standard of customer experience
What You’ll Bring

capability.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure

- An excellent communicator (written and verbal)
- Adaptable, quick to learn, and solutions-focused
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and mature in their approach
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
