The Role 

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of one of our retail stores. 

This is a hands-on role. You’ll lead from the front, manage your team, maintain standards and drive performance across the shop. 

What You’ll Be Responsible For 

• Running the day-to-day operations of the store  
• Leading and developing a team of butchers and retail staff, while upholding and driving company values  
• Maintaining high standards of product quality, display and cleanliness  
• Managing rosters, staffing and team performance  
• Delivering strong customer service and handling issues when they arise  
• Driving sales while managing costs and minimising waste  
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and OH&S requirements  

What We’re Looking For 

• Qualified butcher (Cert III or equivalent)  
• Proven experience managing a team  
• Strong leadership skills – able to set standards and hold people accountable  
• High attention to detail in product and display  
• Organised, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment  
• Good communicator with a customer-first mindset  
• Commercial awareness and a focus on results
