About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager (Medical Clinics) to support the delivery of commercial construction, renovation, and fit-out projects across healthcare and commercial sites.
This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end works including bathrooms, wet areas, kitchens, and broader site construction projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, builders, trades, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
This role suits someone who is organised, commercially minded, and confident juggling multiple projects at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end commercial renovation and fit-out projects from planning through to completion
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and reporting
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple sites
- Manage project budgets, quotes, approvals, and cost tracking
- Ensure works comply with building codes, safety standards, and accessibility requirements
- Support site handovers, defect management, and project close-out
- Provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and clients
About You
You’re practical, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in live environments. You communicate clearly, stay organised under pressure, and understand how construction sites actually run.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in commercial construction, renovations, or fit-out project coordination
- Strong understanding of trades, subcontractor coordination, and site workflows
- Experience managing budgets, quotes, and project documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Experience in healthcare, aged care, NDIS, or regulated environments will be highly regarded
