Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a flexible, virtual role where you can make a real difference in the lives of older Australians living at home?

At People First Healthcare, we support Support at Home participants to remain independent, safe, and well in their own homes. We are seeking a Virtual Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight, assessments, and coordination of care for our community-based clients.

About the Role

This is a predominantly virtual role, supporting Support at Home participants through telehealth, care planning, and clinical coordination, with minimal travel required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting virtual clinical assessments and reviews
• Developing and reviewing care plans for Support at Home participants
• Providing clinical advice and guidance to care workers
• Monitoring participant health outcomes and escalation of care when required
• Liaising with participants, families, GPs, and allied health professionals
• Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and clinical governance requirements
• Accurate clinical documentation and reporting

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in aged care, community nursing, or Support at Home
• Confidence delivering care and assessments via telehealth / virtual platforms
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
• High level of organisation and autonomy
• Sound knowledge of aged care quality standards
