About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – InOne Imaging to
provide strategic and operational leadership across our growing multi-site
imaging network.
This role is responsible for overseeing statewide performance,
financial sustainability, and expansion across a various sites state wide. You will hold
full P&L accountability while driving operational excellence, workforce
productivity, and new site development.
This position blends strong financial and operational expertise with
leadership and stakeholder engagement, enabling you to partner with executive
leadership, clinical teams, and radiology partners to drive business growth and
performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage P&L performance across all imaging sites, including
budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Drive revenue growth by optimising scan volumes, referral pathways,
and service mix
- Monitor and deliver on key performance metrics including utilisation,
productivity, and profitability
- Lead workforce planning, rostering, and productivity across clinical
and administrative teams
- Oversee Regional Administration Supervisors and site-level operations
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance
efficiency and patient flow
- Lead feasibility, business cases, and rollout of new imaging sites
- Ensure new sites are delivered on time, within budget, and meet
profitability targets
- Partner with executive leadership, clinical teams, and sales to drive
performance and growth
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and governance
requirements
About You
You are a professional who is:
- Experienced in multi-site healthcare, imaging, or complex service
operations
- Financially astute with proven P&L ownership experience
- A strong people leader with experience managing large,
multidisciplinary teams
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement across executive, clinical, and
operational levels
- Analytical and strategic, with the ability to translate data into
action
- Experienced in scaling operations and leading new site openings
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
