We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, business growth. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with various internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, assist with content creation, and analyse marketing data to optimise performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Coordinate and support planned marketing projects throughout the year.
- Manage project timelines, tasks and deliverables across multiple campaigns.
- Develop, create, implement, and coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Create marketing graphics using Canva using strong graphic creation skills (social media, EDMs, digital assets, flyers).
- Create and edit videos for marketing.
About You
You are a professional who is:
- Confidence using EDM platforms such as Brevo and/or Mailchimp.
- Experienced using Google Sheets to track project timelines, budgets, tasks and progress.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office for documentation, coordination and reporting.
- Experienced in project coordination tools (e.g. Trello and/or Monday).
