We are looking for an experienced Event Team Lead who will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a range of events, workshops, and seminars from concept through to completion. You’ll lead a dedicated team, oversee all event logistics, and ensure each event is delivered smoothly, within budget, and with a high level of client/participant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver impactful events, workshops, and seminars.
- Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, AV, registration, and more.
- Develop detailed event plans, budgets, timelines, and evaluation strategies.
- Source, liaise, and negotiate with vendors and service providers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
- Regularly assess satisfaction and develop strategies to enhance client engagement.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and initiatives to raise awareness about the organisation’s services including to CALD background community.

You are a professional who is:
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic in approach.
- Experienced in planning and managing events end-to-end.
- Excellent in organisation, budgeting and negotiation.
- Proactive, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement.
