The Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to support regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and risk management across our organisation.

Working closely with operational teams, clinical staff, and senior leadership, you will ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and internal policies, while contributing to continuous improvement in service quality, safety, and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with aged care, NDIS, and healthcare regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular audits, identify gaps, and support corrective action planning
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies including the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and NDIS Commission
  • Maintain compliance documentation, reporting, and master document control systems
  • Support Home Care and NDIS teams with compliance advice, audits, and complex care documentation
  • Assist with quality improvement initiatives, data analysis, and reporting
  • Support incident management, risk mitigation, and mandatory reporting obligations
  • Contribute to policy review, updates, and continuous improvement frameworks
  • Provide day-to-day compliance support and guidance to staff and management

About You

You are detail-oriented, confident, and experienced in healthcare compliance, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

You will bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in aged care, home care, or NDIS environments
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
