About the Role

We’re looking for a capable and personable Cafe All Rounder for the Clubs Pro Shop Café, who takes pride in the simple things done well, a perfectly filled sandwich, a smooth flat white, and a warm greeting that regular Members look forward to. This role anchors the daily rhythm of our clubhouse café, combining quality coffee and fresh food preparation with thoughtful, attentive service.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality sandwiches, toasties, and excellent coffee

Welcome Members and guests with genuine warmth, remembering names and preferences

Keep the café and prep areas organised, clean, and well stocked throughout the day

Operate the POS and handle transactions accurately and efficiently

Support smooth service during morning and lunch peaks, keeping quality consistent under pressure

Uphold food safety and hygiene standards

Assist across other Food & Beverage areas of the Clubhouse as required, from events to Members bar, however the Café should be considered the main focus of this role.

Full availability for morning shifts starting around 6.30am (3 to 8 hour shifts) weekends included.

What You’ll Bring

Proven skill or strong interest in sandwich preparation and café service

A passion for good coffee and genuine, unhurried member connection

Experience in cafés, delis, or hospitality settings where quality and presentation matter

The ability to stay focused and composed when the pace picks up

Team spirit, attention to detail, and pride in every plate and cup that leaves your hands

Reliability and flexibility to work weekends, mornings, and events as the Club requires
