About The Role
This is a wonderful entry level role for people wanting experience working in a luxury Spa with a goal of becoming a Spa therapist. We have opportunities for Permanent Part Time Spa Experience Hosts within our award-winning Spa Dreaming Centre and your role will be to provide support to the Spa operation to achieve a smooth and seamless five-star guest experience. A Spa Experience Host ensures the relaxation areas are immaculately maintained and welcoming for guests and assists guests with purchasing homecare recommendations and retail products.
Your duties will also include;
- Building relationships with guests demonstrating PHS values and five-star customer service
- Greeting and hosting guests around the Spa Dreaming Centre
- Creating a smooth guest flow to ensure a flawless relaxation journey
- Developing thorough product knowledge and be conversant in the product range
- Assisting guests with homecare recommendations by providing sales assistance advice and product recommendations
- Upselling through recommendations of products and rebooking services
- Generating sales of spa products to reach on going targets
Progression Opportunities:
We offer a clear path for individuals working towards their Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage qualifications. As you progress in your studies and gain experience, you’ll have the potential to transition into our unique Graduate Spa Therapist program spa therapy role within our team.
