This Service Technician role involves delivering exceptional services to clients across NSW and QLD.

ROLE

The role will include providing service and training to existing customers which will include:

• Basic servicing and installation of simple pump equipment

• Providing advice on correct use of cleaning products

• Maintaining user information on site

• Creating a site report through our easy to use inspection app

The position includes travel to QLD and regional NSW areas regularly. The successful applicant will be happy to travel regularly.

EXPERIENCE WE VALUE

• Prior successful customer service experience
• Good Presentation
• Basic skills with regards to tools for attaching items to walls and maintaining simple pump systems.
• Willingness to travel regularly (half of the year)
• Working with Children Check and full vaccinations required due to job sites
