  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services to clients.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and management.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
