What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be on the front lines, turning interested prospects into loyal clients. This isn’t cold calling; you’ll be working with warm leads, eager to learn how Pay Cat can solve their payroll headaches.
- Connect & convert, by engaging with warm inbound leads and conduct proactive outbound calls to businesses ready for a change.
- Understand & assist, by really listening to potential clients, grasp their payroll challenges (especially with complex awards like SCHADS), and show them how Pay Cat, makes compliance effortless.
- Help to expertly manage your sales pipeline using our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring every interaction is tracked and every opportunity nurtured.
- Demonstrate value by coordinating and booking demos, confidently articulating the value of our software and services.
- Grow and improve our business by contributing your insights to our sales strategies and continuously refine your approach.

What You’ll Bring
You’re more than a salesperson; you’re a problem solver, a guide, and a natural connector.
- A genuine love for selling and a track record in an outbound/inbound call environment.
- Experience selling software (SaaS), ideally in HR, payroll, or business solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Hubspot, and you know how to manage a robust pipeline.
- An empathetic understanding of the SCHADS Award or similar modern awards; perhaps you’ve even been paid under one before!
- Exceptional communication skills, you can explain complex ideas clearly and build rapport effortlessly.
- A solutions focused mindset and the ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
- A knack for handling competing priorities in a fast paced environment, we like to move fast around here.
