OSHC Coordinator

Patches Australia seeks to match with an inspiring, motivated, experienced and innovative OSHC Coordinator/Lead Educator. We are delivering a unique OSHC model, that incorporated Education and Care, with Allied Health services.

As Patches OSHC Coordinator/Lead Educator you will bring out OSHC service to life in two Primary Schools in Perth’s Western Suburbs. You will be an active Educator for Term time and Vacation Care and will lead and manage a small team of Casual Educators/Educator Assistants.

You will have the energy and effervescence to ensure that each OSHC session is fun and engaging for children, and they want to come back time and again. You will be mature and highly organised, so that parents using our service know they are entrusting their children to a high-quality and safe organisation.

You will be required to support parent registrations and student bookings within our system, FullyBooked, and you will maintain all service records and compliance documents. Your role will include ongoing development and implementation of our Quality Improvement Plan, so that at any time we are achieving or exceeding the National Quality Standards.
