Speech Pathologist – Assessment Role

Perth-based | Independent Contractor

We are seeking experienced Speech Pathologists with a focus on assessment to join our Perth team as independent contractors. You’ll conduct high-quality speech, language, and communication assessments for children and adults, providing actionable recommendations that improve communication, participation, and quality of life.

At Patches, you’ll enjoy the independence of private practice alongside the support of a national multidisciplinary team, including paediatricians, psychologists, occupational therapists, and allied health professionals. Our modern Subiaco clinic is welcoming, fully equipped, and facilitates face-to-face, family, and telehealth appointments.

About You

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology

Registration with Speech Pathology Australia

Current WA Driver’s Licence

Current AHPRA registration

Working with Children Check & National Police Clearance  

Experience conducting assessments for children and/or adults

Collaborative, client-centred, and evidence-based in approach

Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
