Marketing Manager – PARRA Group
Location: Parramatta, NSW (travel to Dural Club, Pitt Town Sports Club and Vikings Sports Club required)

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead marketing across our venues, drive integrated campaigns, and strengthen the PARRA brand across Western Sydney.
This role goes beyond communications. You will lead marketing strategy, oversee campaigns that drive visitation and revenue, and shape how our venues connect with members and guests across every touchpoint.

About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing function across the PARRA Group, overseeing brand positioning, campaign strategy, customer engagement, and marketing performance.
You will work closely with venue leadership, operations, and membership teams to deliver campaigns that strengthen brand recognition, grow visitation, and enhance the member experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Brand Leadership
- Act as the steward of the PARRA Group brand, ensuring consistent identity, tone, and positioning across all venues and guest touchpoints.
- Lead the evolution of brand architecture across multiple venues and hospitality concepts.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for:
- venue activations
- seasonal campaigns
- major events and experiences
- new concepts and offerings
Customer Journey & CRM
- Map and optimise the customer journey across digital and venue experiences.
- Use CRM platforms and marketing automation to improve engagement, strengthen loyalty, and grow membership.
Performance & Insights
- Measure and optimise marketing performance using key commercial metrics including campaign ROI, conversion, and acquisition cost.
- Use insights and reporting to refine strategy and maximise marketing investment.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a commercially minded marketer who understands both brand building and revenue generation.
You bring structure, creativity, and accountability to marketing, ensuring campaigns not only look great but deliver measurable impact.
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, brand, or integrated campaign roles
- Experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience operating across multi-site or multi-brand environments is highly regarded
Skills:
- Strong campaign planning and marketing strategy capability.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and social media channels.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and marketing analytics.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Driver’s licence and transport for travel between venues.
