About the Role
As a Duty Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our club’s daily operations—leading from the front and ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and professionally across:
- Gaming, bar, and customer service areas
- Compliance with liquor, gaming, RSA, RCG, and RGO regulations
- Team leadership—coaching, mentoring, and motivating staff
- Shift coordination—briefings, incident response, and reporting
- Venue presentation—ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Stakeholder engagement—liaising with regulators, contractors, and NSW Police

What You Bring
Essential
- 3+ years’ experience as a Duty Manager in a licensed club
- RSA, RCG & Advanced RCG (NSW)
- NSW Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid certification
- Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills
- Solid knowledge of gaming, TAB, Keno, and bar operations
- Emotional intelligence and professionalism
Desirable
- Food Safety Supervisor Accreditation
- Experience with Swiftpos, S7000, Employment Hero
- NSW Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
