Asset Management Coordinator
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Asset Management Coordinator helps manage the club’s asset management and contractor management systems, working collaboratively with the maintenance and operations teams.
This will be a 6-month contract with a possibility of extension. The remuneration on offer for the position is $80,000 p.a.
About the Role
The Asset Management Coordinator supports the Facilities team in maintaining accurate asset records, managing contractor compliance, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of maintenance programs. The role updates asset data for predictive planning, monitors contractor performance and costs, contributes to sustainability initiatives, and upholds safety and compliance standards across all facility operations.
What You Bring
Essential
• Previous experience in asset and contractor management
• Strong customer focus and exceptional administration skills
• Proven capabilities in supervisor contractors, clarifying instructions and priorities
• Ability to engage and communicate clearly with all levels of the organisation
• Excellent time management and proven record in delivering projects on time
Desirable
• Experience with Asset and Building Management System and Contractor Management System
