Our team of passionate educators work within the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) to create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment for every child.
About the Role
We are seeking Certificate III and Diploma in Children’s Services trained Early Childhood Educators to join our dedicated and friendly team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with other educators and the Educational Leader to provide an inspiring and developmentally appropriate program that supports children’s learning and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with EYLF and NQS.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate observations and documentation of children’s learning.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and reflective practice within the team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA
approved).
- A strong understanding of the NQF, National Regulations,
and EYLF.
- Current Working With Children Check and First Aid / CPR/ Asthma/ Anaphylaxis certification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
- A thorough understanding of child safety.
