Set within the beautifully preserved 169-year-old sandstone façade that once housed Sydney’s Fairfax newspaper empire and the Bank of New South Wales, Paradox Sydney honours the rich heritage of its landmark building while embracing a contemporary expression of five-star hospitality. The Role
Our team of Kitchen Stewards are responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our Kitchens and Loading Dock, whilst also ensuring that the Kitchens and Food & Beverage outlets are appropriately stocked with clean cutlery, crockery and equipment. Please note, our Kitchen Stewards are not responsible for any food preparation.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar fast-paced environment is desirable (but not essential)
- Have the capacity to perform in a physical role including standing for long periods of time, lifting, pulling and pushing up to 20kg
- Follow and adhere to all hygiene and Workplace Health & Safety requirements
- An eye for detail with a great can-do attitude

Pay Rates
Our rates are as per the Hospitality Industry General Award, this is a Level 1 position.
