Our purpose is rooted in healing and personal transformation. Every person who comes through our doors is supported with kindness, respect, and a deep commitment to their wellbeing. Our team works collaboratively to provide an environment in which clients feel safe, grounded, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with a passion for mental health and addiction recovery to join our supportive clinical and program team. This role is primarily night shift, with opportunities for occasional day shifts.

  • Capacity to remain calm, professional, and considered in a dynamic or emotionally charged environment
  • Confidence supporting clients in distress, including de-escalation and grounding skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal);
  • Ability to prioritise effectively, think critically, and respond appropriately in emergency situations;
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold high standards of care;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team;
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, with availability for some day shifts, weekends, or public holidays as needed.
  • Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Police Check

  • Supporting client engagement, stability, and adherence to therapeutic routines.

  • Supporting clients during moments of vulnerability with mindfulness-based strategies and grounding tools.

What We Offer

  • A meaningful role supporting individuals on their recovery and healing journey;
  • A supportive, compassionate workplace culture grounded in trauma-informed principles;
  • Ongoing professional development and on-the-job training;
