Pacvac is looking for a highly organised, adaptable and hands-on People & Culture Coordinator to join our team in Kewdale.

This is a varied support role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle competing priorities, and is happy to jump in and help wherever needed. You don’t need to come from a heavily HR-focused background — experience in coordination, administration, office support or a similar role will be well regarded. What matters most is your attitude, flexibility, organisation and willingness to get things done.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support a broad mix of People & Culture, administration and office coordination tasks, including:

• Preparing employment documents and letters
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding
• Maintaining records and systems
• Assisting with inductions and training coordination
• Supporting culture, wellness and employee initiatives
• Helping with office administration and ad hoc tasks
• Managing travel bookings
• Assisting with leave, calendar and payroll-related administration.

You’ll be someone who:

• Is highly organised and detail oriented
• Can manage multiple priorities and changing demands
• Is flexible and happy to take on whatever needs doing
• Communicates well and builds strong relationships
• Brings a proactive, team-first attitude
• Has solid Microsoft Office and general systems skills
• Holds a current driver’s licence
