Job Title: Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This role is focused on producing high-quality visual assets across digital and print to support Pacvac’s global brand and marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Manager, you’ll work within the marketing team to deliver a wide range of creative materials that align with our strategic objectives.
This hands-on role suits a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys proposing new ideas with a “have-a-go” attitude and a strong ability to deliver purposeful work.
What you’ll do:
● Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create high-quality visual content, updating existing materials and developing new designs from concept to final deliverable, both digital and print.
● Design and produce a wide range of materials and assets, including but not limited to social media content, promotional material, digital advertising, print collateral, email marketing campaigns and website assets.
● Contribute to the development of campaign concepts, visual directions, mood boards and design solutions that support strategic marketing objectives.
● Ensure all visual and written content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a unified standard across digital and print channels.
● Stay up to date with industry trends, design best practices and emerging AI design tools, applying new insights to improve creativity and efficiency.
● Work closely within the marketing team, collaborating with the wider business and external partners when required.
What we’re looking for:
● Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong digital and print portfolio.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
● Creative eye for design, detail and aesthetics, with a strategic approach.
● Strong communication and organisational skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and take accountability.
● Collaborative and open to feedback, with a proactive mindset.
● Familiarity with project-management tools such as Teams, Jira and Confluence.
● Awareness of AI design tools and enthusiasm for applying them to creative workflows.
● A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
● Additional skills in branding, photography, videography, web design, illustration, or strategic marketing are advantageous but not required.
