About the Role
As our Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights. You will lead the month-end accounting process, financial reporting, and budgeting while driving business improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow.
✅ Oversee payroll processing and compliance obligations.
✅ Ensure accurate tax lodgements (corporate tax, FBT, BAS, payroll tax, VAT).
✅ Lead budgeting and variance analysis.
✅ Supervise an Accounts Officer and provide mentorship.
✅ Drive business process improvements and automation.
✅ Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
🔹 Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (Mandatory).
🔹 CA or CPA qualification (Mandatory).
🔹 Minimum 5+ years’ financial/commercial experience.
🔹 Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
🔹 Experience with ERP systems (Pronto or Cognos beneficial).
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
🔹 A proactive and results-driven approach.
