About the Role
As our Brand & Marketing Manager, you are accountable for developing and delivering brand and marketing strategies that strengthen Pacvac’s brand, increase awareness and support commercial growth.
You will lead our brand presence across digital, social, events, advertising and product marketing, ensuring our messaging is consistent, customer-focused and aligned with our values.
You will also play a key leadership role in partnering with teams across the business to deliver campaigns, launches and brand initiatives on time and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing
• Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing plans across digital, social, advertising and events.
• Own and protect Pacvac’s brand identity, positioning and tone of voice across all channels.
• Lead and manage our global social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
• Plan and deliver campaigns that build brand awareness, engagement and product consideration.
• Deliver marketing and brand support for events, conferences, sponsorships and product launches.
• Work closely with Sales, Product and eCommerce teams to produce creative assets including copy, email campaigns, banners, presentations and video.
• Manage external agencies, media partners and suppliers.
• Lead PR activity and support brand reputation and crisis communications when required.
• Develop and manage brand and campaign budgets.
• Conduct market and customer research to inform strategy and positioning.
• Define and track marketing KPIs, analyse campaign performance and provide clear stakeholder updates.
• Build strong relationships across the business to align priorities, manage risks and enable delivery.
• Support the development of industry relationships and a brand ambassador program.
Leadership responsibilities
• Lead and develop our content creator (direct report), providing clear direction, coaching and support.
• Set strong performance and ways-of-working standards for your team.
• Manage priorities, trade-offs and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders across the business.
About you (what we’re looking for)
We’re after someone who is:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in brand management, positioning and market research.
• Proven experience leading and developing marketing team members.
• Strong capability across digital and social platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent project management skills and experience delivering complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and design principles.
• High commercial acumen and a passion for modern brand marketing.
You’ll also ideally have:
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
• Solid admin and systems confidence (Office 365)
• A problem-solving approach
• Experience in work cycle management/sprints
