About the Role
We are seeking Process Workers – Grading to join our team at Euroa.
Reporting to the Grading Manager, this hands-on role is essential to ensuring customer egg orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently each week. You will be responsible for monitoring egg quality, grading, stamping and packing eggs, while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
This is a physically active role within a fast-paced production environment where teamwork, attention to detail and safety are key.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor, grade, stamp and pack eggs to meet daily production targets
- Check eggs to ensure quality standards are met
- Use correct cartons and ensure proper labelling and printing
- Maintain accurate grading and production records
- Assist Team Leaders and QA in maintaining the Food Safety Plan and HACCP standards
- Participate in food safety training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work environment
- Clean machinery and production areas as required
- Communicate any quality deviations to supervisors and QA
- Comply with all OHS policies and government safety requirements
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

- Participate in safety walks, meetings and hazard management programs
- Report hazards, injuries or incidents immediately
- Take reasonable care for your own safety and that of others

About You
You’re reliable, detail-focused and comfortable working in a production environment. You take pride in maintaining high quality standards and enjoy working as part of a team to achieve daily targets.
You understand the importance of hygiene, food safety and workplace safety, and you’re willing to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Awareness of GMP and chemical safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 10kg, bending, repetitive movements)
- Team player with good communication skills
- Commitment to safety and compliance
