You will play a key role in embedding preventative maintenance practices, improving equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement across our farming and processing operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Process Engineering to identify and implement efficiency, equipment and workflow improvements
  • Support innovation initiatives and assist with execution as required

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Ensuring compliance with all HSE policies, procedures and safe work practices
  • Identifying, assessing and controlling hazards within your area of responsibility
  • Consulting with team members on health and safety matters
  • Encouraging early incident reporting and supporting return-to-work processes
  • Ensuring safe operation of plant and equipment and correct use of PPE
  • Contributing to the development and adherence of safe work procedures
  • Acting as a role model by demonstrating safe, responsible behaviours at all times

About You

You’re a practical, people-focused leader who enjoys balancing hands-on maintenance work with guiding and developing a team. You thrive in fast-paced operational environments, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and take pride in keeping equipment and facilities running at their best. You value safety, accountability and continuous improvement, and you’re motivated by seeing your team succeed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Trade qualification preferred, but not essential
  • Strong experience in maintenance operations, including fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance
