About the Role

As our Business Specialist, you’ll partner with new and existing cafes and businesses in your territory to help them serve better coffee and grow their operations. You’ll be the face of Pablo & Rusty’s, building long-term relationships while delivering innovative coffee solutions. This role combines your passion for sales, coffee, and sustainability with the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing partnerships.

  • Educate and support clients in delivering exceptional coffee experiences.

  • Leverage digital tools to manage accounts, contracts, and proposals efficiently.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a sales professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for coffee and sustainability. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

Your Experience & Skills:

  • 2 -3 years in client relations, sales, and/ or account management.

  • Strong knowledge of the coffee industry, including equipment and market trends.

  • Proficiency with digital systems and tools.

  • Experience in reporting and preparing contracts and proposals.

  • A passion for building relationships and driving customer success.
