Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-presented.
  • Change bed linens and towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Assist in the laundry process, ensuring linens and towels are cleaned and stored appropriately.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.

Qualifications:

  • No formal education required; however, a high school diploma is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly disposition.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
